Amazon Ecological Tour 3 Days

Upon arrival in Puerto Maldonado, the Biodiversity Capital of Peru, you will be met at the airport.

Along the way, you will be able to see rural properties used for agricultural and livestock activities near the city. Upon arrival at our lodge, you will be welcomed with a delicious Amazonian tropical fruit nectar and taken to your comfortable room (bungalow). Once settled in, we will have lunch in our cozy and rustic restaurant and you will be given an explanation of the Ecomagico tour.

COCHA CAIMÁN

In the afternoon, together with our specialized guide, we will go to the Caiman oxbow lake, a small lagoon where we will observe the black caiman and white caiman, efficient predators located at the top of the food chain, which live off the abundant water fauna of the oxbow lake, represented by fish species.

At sunset you will witness the spectacular sunset in the Amazon, an experience full of color in shades and intensities. Finally in the evening we will enjoy a delicious dinner and you will have free time to share unforgettable moments in our bar, equipped with an excellent board game room and provided with all the drinks you can imagine.

Waking up in the morning to the sound of birdsong and a succulent breakfast for a morning full of experiences.

Lost Cocha:

We will start our adventure through the virgin jungle with our guide, we will hike through the virgin jungle to the Cocha Perdida, here we will have the chance to observe turtles, sachavacas, the Jaguar, birds of multicolored plumage, and immense swamps and various aguajales.

Monkey Island.

Later in the afternoon we can optionally enter the heart of the Madre de Dios River, we will observe extraordinary landscapes with exuberant flora and a variety of monkeys in their natural habitat such as the Maquisapa, capuchin, Leoncillo, Fraile, and others such as the sloth bear and a diversity of birds.

At the end of the day we will be able to enjoy a beautiful sunset.
